Shaunaca James, LPC, NCC, BSC

Licensed Professional Counselor Founder & Owner

Hi, I’m Shaunaca! I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Shippensburg University and am nationally certified through the NBCC. I am also licensed as a Behavior Specialist by the State Board of Medicine. Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of settings—including schools, residential programs, and outpatient clinics—supporting individuals with many different backgrounds, experiences, and personalities.

I especially enjoy working with teens, but I provide therapy for clients of all ages. My approach is flexible and collaborative, drawing from several therapeutic styles such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I tailor each session to meet you where you are and to support your unique goals.

I’m deeply passionate about helping people step into their strengths and recognize their own potential. I look forward to walking alongside you as you grow, heal, and move toward the life you want to create.
